Während des Gesprächs nimmt die App auf Wunsch auf, ausschließlich mit dokumentierter Einwilligung, und wandelt die Aufnahme vollständig lokal auf dem Mac in Text um. Danach entsteht ein strukturiertes Protokoll mit Aufgaben und Entscheidungen — als Word oder PDF, auf Klick zurück in die Kundenhistorie.Before the appointment, Nexus Meetings shows the customer file straight from the Nexus Cockpit: master data, contacts, previous interactions, ongoing deals and earlier meetings — all at a glance. During the conversation the app records on request, strictly with documented consent, and turns the recording into text entirely on the Mac. Afterwards it produces structured minutes with tasks and decisions — as Word or PDF, and back into the customer history with one click.
